Service Description

Class Experience The bilingual art exploration class invites children to dive into a wide variety of artistic techniques, including collage creation, doodling, mixed media, painting, drawing, printmaking, watercolors, and portrait work. Each session introduces a new art form, encouraging kids to experiment with materials and techniques while learning and practicing both English and Spanish **Please not their is no afterschool on school closed dates** Sample Class Format After-school Program Class Format *Back at the Studio between 3:00pm-3:30pm from Afterschool pick up Welcome & Check-in (Until our 3:40pm start) • Greet students and take attendance • Snack time – Parents please pack a nut-free snack • Mini art drawing/coloring activity if they don’t have homework • Assisted homework help* Spanish Lesson (3:40pm – 4:00pm) • Vocab/Spelling • Hands-on activities and/ game Enrichment Art Class (4:00pm – 5:20pm) • Work on Art Projects Wrap-Up & Reflection (5:20pm – 5:30pm) • Share what they learned or enjoyed (practice Spanish) • Plan for the next session • Dismissal and pickup
